How does the LumiFacial work?

The panel is placed before the treatment area. Once a treatment is selected, the microcomputer activates the LumiFacial panel and automatically selects the proper blend of colors and wavelengths. This combination is intented to optimize results. The complementary effect of the colors will increase the effectiveness of the photobiostimulation process.

• 640 nm (nanometers) of red light - increases collagen production fivefold, triggering the skin's repair functions and stimulating fibroblast cells and cell growth.
• 470 nm (nanometers) of blue light - improves the appearance of acne-prone skin through its purifying and antibacterial properties.
• 525 nm of green light - reduces the production of melanin and pigmentation and eliminates redness caused by the use of chemical exfoliants and whitening products.
• 590 nm of yellow light - used for its healing, purifying and detoxifying properties. Absorbed by the blood and lymph systems, it activates the healing of sores. It also promotes the elimination of waste by the lymph-drainage system and boosts cellular activity.

How does the LumiLift work?

During treatment, 2 specially designed lifting electrodes stimulate the skin's photoreceptors, causing the cells to react. Each electrode is equipped with 40 extreme superluminescent diodes (ESLD) that are more powerful and of better quality than regular LEDs. These ESLDs emit light at a wavelength of 640 nanometers and at a high power density. Pulsed red light triggers a wave of energy that stimulates the repair functions and mechanisms of fibroblast cells. While the ESLDs are at work, the Soli-Tone transmits micro-currents through the lifting electrodes. The micro-currents harmonize with the body's natural bioelectrical currents, rebuilding and toning muscle tissue. During the last phase of the LumiLift treatment, HF Polarized currents are applied by 2 specific smoothing electrodes. The aesthetician proceeds with a gentle, ironing motion that smoothes away fine lines and wrinkles.
