Physical findings: Inflammatory papules & pustules appearing on the forehead, nose, cheeks and chin. Is desperate to look good for the High School prom.
Diagnosis: Moderate acne with redness and irritation. Open and closed comedos. Very oily skin.

Diagnosis: Combination skin, red patches around the nose area. Moulted pigmentation.

Treatment results: 80% improvement on dark circles, 50 % on eyelid, 70 % on molted pigmentation. Redness is completely under control. 4 lifting treatments are not sufficient for her age and condition. Client had to discontinue because of family problem.
Physical findings: General redness and rosacea, client has severe reaction to AHAs, is on HRT.
Diagnosis: Combination & sensitive skin, coarse pores on chin, intermittent rosacea papules.
Treatment: 6 Lumifacial "Redness 2" program + 4 microdermabrasion on chin area using a 20-30 % intensity
Treatment results: 75% result on redness, skin is more even toned , wrinkles are diminished, client is very satisfied and will keep a monthly maintenance.
Physical findings: Mild comedonal acne, with inflammation & redness. She is getting married in 3 months. Has tried strong topical corticosteroids that caused perioral dermatitis. She does not want the side effects of strong topicals.
Diagnosis: Topical retinoid use as resulted in skin inflammation. Has some post inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
